SECURE RAM - a FREE program for improving security
of radioactive materials.

The Secure RAM program was developed to provide licensees with a resource for assessing and, if necessary, improving the security of radioactive materials for which they are responsible. The "Enhanced Security Program" or ESP, based in part on IAEA publications, provides information on security procedures. An MS Excel calculational program, ESP Calc, is also provided and can be used to evaluate a licensee's security program. The use of ESP Calc is voluntary and there is no reporting requirement. The results enable licensees to voluntarily evaluate possible enhancements to their program.
